Brian Ross was arrested in Maricopa County, Az. for failure to pay fines & fees.
Could this be the same Brian Ross, the ABC News reporter claiming that James Holmes may be a member of the Tea Party?
I don’t know and it may be irreponsible, but hey, it sure makes a good sound bite doesn’t.

Brian Ross has apparently been arrested several times recently, as well. Most recently on 7/14/2012. Also found this; “In a press release, St. Albans Police Chief Gary Taylor said, Chris Davis was lured to the St. Albans City swimming pool where he was beaten and robbed by Travis Bugbee, 23, and Brian Ross”.
